Brownies have fun! Their meetings are full of challenges, games and activities, usually ones that the Brownies have suggested themselves.

Brownies belong to a Pack and work in small groups called Sixes. This gives each girl a group of ready-made friends to take care of her. It also makes her feel that she belongs to something special.

Brownies meet regularly and there are often opportunities for Brownies to take part in special activities and events throughout the year.

Any girl aged 7-10 years who wishes to can become a Brownie.

During June 2012 3rd Luxembourg Rainbows & Brownies celebrated a joint Jubilee Party together. The girls made tiara’s, searched for the crown jewels, decorated royal cupcakes, played Sleeping Corgis, “Eat like a Queen”—using a fork and knife to eat a chocolate bar and finally pinned the crown on the Queen! They were also set the challenge of dressing in red, white and blue! They sang the National Anthem waving their Union flags before sitting down to a traditional English tea party where they feasted on jelly, cucumber sandwiches, sausage rolls and of course pineapple and cheese on a stick.
A visit from the British Ambassador who, after listening to the girls sing, cut Theresa's Union Jack cake, tasted Fran's crown biscuits and the jam tarts, and chatted to the girls.
